Make game day graphics, tournament schedules and brackets, the season schedule, the roster (with college commitments), results and team stats, and announcements, with your team photo, action shots of several athletes, or no photo at all.
  • NewSelect from the roster: feature one to five athletes with a welcome, a commitment (with signing day photos), an award, a big moment, a birthday or a spotlight, in a few taps, without opening each profile.
  • NewGame day, tournament and schedule graphics fill in from the team's Schedule, and the roster graphic fills in from Athletes. Rained out? Add a Canceled or Postponed stamp to a game day graphic.
  • NewSave your team's mottos and hashtags once, then pick them for any graphic.

Invoices, sales tax and promo codes

  • NewPay for a team year by invoice. On the team's Billing page, choose Pay by invoice and we'll email an invoice your treasurer can pay online, by card or bank transfer, within 30 days. The team year starts when it's paid.
  • NewEvery payment now comes with an emailed invoice and receipt, handy for your organization's records.
  • NewHave a promo code? Enter it on the checkout page, or in Pay by invoice.
  • ImprovedSales tax is added where it applies. Checkout asks for a billing address and shows the tax before you pay.

This weekend's schedule

  • NewSchedule, on the team menu, is where you add the team's tournaments and showcases: the dates, the park, a link to the official brackets, and the games as they're posted.
  • NewFrom three days before a tournament until it ends, the team page shows a This weekend card with every game, its time and field, and directions to the park. Each athlete's profile page shows where the team plays next, so a coach who scans one QR code knows where to find her.
  • NewOn the Roster sheet, the label next to the team QR code tells coaches it opens game times and fields, and you can print the next tournament's name under the team name.
  • NewIn Story Builder, a Tournament or Game day graphic can fill in the event, dates and games from the team's schedule with one tap.

  • NewEvery gallery design shows how it was made (the design, photo, size, effects and colors), and you can see and copy its full prompt.
  • NewProspect Nine's website has a Gallery page with a selection of graphics made with Story Builder. Sign in and tap Use this design to make one for your athlete.

Team info is now called General, with the team's time zone as its first setting, and Design is now called Theme, and the team's printed sheet is the Roster sheet.
  • ImprovedSaving General, Team page, Athlete details or Theme now keeps you on the page. The join code and profile settings moved to Athletes, search engines and the team media library to Team page, the footer slogan to the Roster sheet layout, and Publish to the top of the Dashboard.
  • ImprovedEditing an athlete's profile from Athletes keeps the team's menu beside it.
  • NewOn a profile page, the ☰ menu has Edit this profile for the people who can edit it.

Roster sheets that match

  • NewAthlete details now has two lists: what profile pages show, and what the printed roster sheet shows. For example, leave height and weight off the roster sheet while profile pages still show them.
  • FixedEvery card on the roster sheet now shows the same details in the same places, with a dash where an athlete left one blank or hid it. Before, a card could leave a detail off when it ran out of room, so some athletes' school or bats/throws didn't print.
  • ImprovedAn athlete's own Profile Sheet now lists every detail from their profile page in an Athlete details box beside the card.

Three new card styles

  • NewScoreboard Dark: the ballpark at night. A dark scoreboard with lit numbers, the photo in a video-board frame, and the details in a grid like a line score.

  • NewScouting Report: a file card for college coaches, with a folder tab, a clipped-on photo, a class-year stamp and typed details.

GPA with its scale

  • NewA GPA now comes with its scale (out of 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 or 100) and whether it's weighted, so a college coach knows what the number means. A weighted GPA can add the unweighted GPA out of 4.0, the number coaches compare most easily.
  • ImprovedCards and Profile Sheets show the most comparable number, like "3.88 UW". The profile page shows both, like "4.25 / 5.0 W" over "3.88 / 4.0 UW".
  • ImprovedRoster files have GPA Scale, GPA Type and Unweighted GPA columns. Older files still upload.

Demo Team colorways and bulk photo upload

  • NewThe Katy Storm 16U Demo Team comes in six uniform colorways: Two Blue, Navy and Yellow, Purple and Gold, Red and Black, Silver Lightning, and Maroon and Gold. Pick one when you start your organization, or switch any time with Change uniform colors on the Demo Team's dashboard.
  • ImprovedThe Demo Team has 18 new made-up athletes with photos and full details, so it shows what a finished team looks like.
  • NewUpload photos: drop a whole folder of athlete photos on the Athletes page at once. Name each file with the jersey number and 1 (head and shoulders), 2 (posed) or 3 (action), and Prospect Nine puts each one in the right place.

  • ImprovedThe same thing now has the same name everywhere. The three roles are organization admin, team admin and profile admin. The public pages are the team page, the roster and each athlete's profile page, and everything printed is a Profile Sheet.
  • ImprovedAdd a Notes area on Profile Sheets: ticked, the sheet prints a NOTES box for college coaches to write on and turns light for writing. Unticked, there's no NOTES box and the cards are a little bigger.
