  • NewStory Builder for teams, on the team menu and the Dashboard. Make game day graphics, tournament schedules and brackets, the season schedule, the roster (with college commitments), results and team stats, and announcements, with your team photo, action shots of several athletes, or no photo at all.
  • NewSelect from the roster: feature one to five athletes with a welcome, a commitment (with signing day photos), an award, a big moment, a birthday or a spotlight, in a few taps, without opening each profile.
  • NewGame day, tournament and schedule graphics fill in from the team's Schedule, and the roster graphic fills in from Athletes. Rained out? Add a Canceled or Postponed stamp to a game day graphic.
  • NewSave your team's mottos and hashtags once, then pick them for any graphic.

Invoices, sales tax and promo codes

  • NewPay for a team year by invoice. On the team's Billing page, choose Pay by invoice and we'll email an invoice your treasurer can pay online, by card or bank transfer, within 30 days. The team year starts when it's paid.
  • NewEvery payment now comes with an emailed invoice and receipt, handy for your organization's records.
  • NewHave a promo code? Enter it on the checkout page, or in Pay by invoice.
  • ImprovedSales tax is added where it applies. Checkout asks for a billing address and shows the tax before you pay.

  • ImprovedStarting a team is three steps: your email and code, how many teams you want and checkout, then your organization and first team. There's no waiting for approval, and nothing to pay partway through setting up.
  • NewYour organization's page shows the teams you've paid for and haven't created yet. Create a team uses one, and its team year starts that day. Buy more teams right there whenever you need them.
  • ImprovedEvery button that leads to paying, like Start your team, Create a profile and Renew, is orange, so it's easy to spot.

  • ImprovedOn the Roster sheet, a printed event now takes two lines under the team name: the event's name on the first, and its dates and park on the second, so long tournament names aren't cut off.
  • ImprovedPrint the next event under the team name now unchecks itself the day after that event ends, so an old tournament never ends up on a new sheet. Check it again when you print for the next one.

  • NewSupport, on the account menu and the ☰ menu, is one place to get help or tell us how to make Prospect Nine better: a question, something that isn't working, something confusing, an idea, or something you like. Add a screenshot if it helps. You don't even need to be signed in, so it works when you can't sign in too.

This weekend's schedule

  • NewSchedule, on the team menu, is where you add the team's tournaments and showcases: the dates, the park, a link to the official brackets, and the games as they're posted.
  • NewFrom three days before a tournament until it ends, the team page shows a This weekend card with every game, its time and field, and directions to the park. Each athlete's profile page shows where the team plays next, so a coach who scans one QR code knows where to find her.
  • NewOn the Roster sheet, the label next to the team QR code tells coaches it opens game times and fields, and you can print the next tournament's name under the team name.

  • NewAfter you sign in, you land on Your account. The top shows where things stand at a glance: invitations waiting for you, your next renewal or your team year, QR scans in the last 30 days, and how ready your profiles are (or how many athletes have a profile admin).
  • NewYour account also has a card for each team, organization and athlete you manage, with buttons to Edit profile, Story Builder, Print Profile Sheet and more, and the next few things to do.
  • ImprovedSigned in as … and Sign out are now at the top of Your account. Your roles and your name are folded at the bottom; click to open them.

Simpler menus

  • ImprovedA team's menu is simpler: Dashboard, Athletes and Roster sheet, then Team settings (General, Team page, Athlete details, Theme, Team admins and Billing). Team info is now called General, with the team's time zone as its first setting, and Design is now called Theme, and the team's printed sheet is the Roster sheet.
  • NewOrganization controls: the team's address, who can change its QR link and athlete details, and locking or deleting the team now have their own page in the team's menu, only for organization admins.
  • ImprovedThe account menu has Get help (it emails support) and shows the version. On a phone, ☰ lists the pages of where you are first. What's new keeps your menus when you're signed in.

Roster sheets that match

  • ImprovedThe Demo Team has 18 new made-up athletes with photos and full details, so it shows what a finished team looks like.
