This weekend's schedule

  • NewFrom three days before a tournament until it ends, the team page shows a This weekend card with every game, its time and field, and directions to the park. Each athlete's profile page shows where the team plays next, so a coach who scans one QR code knows where to find her.
  • NewIn Story Builder, a Tournament or Game day graphic can fill in the event, dates and games from the team's schedule with one tap.

  • NewEvery gallery design shows how it was made (the design, photo, size, effects and colors), and you can see and copy its full prompt.
  • NewProspect Nine's website has a Gallery page with a selection of graphics made with Story Builder. Sign in and tap Use this design to make one for your athlete.

  • FixedOn the Profile Sheet of an athlete who isn't on a team, the circle in the header shows the athlete's initials from the first and last name. Before, an athlete with a nickname could get a stray quotation mark there instead of the last initial. The initials now sit in the middle of the circle, too.
  • FixedInitials in team, contact and account circles skip quotation marks, brackets and other symbols, so they always show letters.

Featured video

  • NewPick one video from an athlete's Link Library as the Featured video, and it shows on the profile page just under the athlete's details. YouTube, Vimeo and Hudl videos play right on the page; videos from other sites, like GameChanger, show a Watch button that opens them.

  • NewEnter a code on My athletes takes an invitation code or a team's join code. With a join code, you pick which profile to bring to the team.
  • ImprovedEditing a profile has six tabs instead of eleven: Photos, About, Links, Theme, Scans and Settings. My athletes and Edit profile have the same buttons: View profile page, Print Profile Sheet, Story Builder and QR code.
  • NewOn a profile page, the ☰ menu has Edit this profile for the people who can edit it.
  • ImprovedThe account menu has Get help (it emails support) and shows the version. On a phone, ☰ lists the pages of where you are first. What's new keeps your menus when you're signed in.

Roster sheets that match

  • FixedEvery card on the roster sheet now shows the same details in the same places, with a dash where an athlete left one blank or hid it. Before, a card could leave a detail off when it ran out of room, so some athletes' school or bats/throws didn't print.
  • ImprovedAn athlete's own Profile Sheet now lists every detail from their profile page in an Athlete details box beside the card.
  • ImprovedOn your athlete's profile, a note under each detail now says when the team shows it on the profile page but not on its printed roster sheet, or only on the roster sheet.

Three new card styles

  • NewScoreboard Dark: the ballpark at night. A dark scoreboard with lit numbers, the photo in a video-board frame, and the details in a grid like a line score.
  • NewScoreboard Light: the same scoreboard by day, with white boards and the numbers in team colors. Lighter on ink.
  • NewScouting Report: a file card for college coaches, with a folder tab, a clipped-on photo, a class-year stamp and typed details.
  • ImprovedEach new style takes its colors from yours and checks they stay readable, on the web pages and the printed Profile Sheet alike. Pick one under Design → Card style.

GPA with its scale

  • NewA GPA now comes with its scale (out of 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 or 100) and whether it's weighted, so a college coach knows what the number means. A weighted GPA can add the unweighted GPA out of 4.0, the number coaches compare most easily.
  • ImprovedCards and Profile Sheets show the most comparable number, like "3.88 UW". The profile page shows both, like "4.25 / 5.0 W" over "3.88 / 4.0 UW".

Clearer words

  • ImprovedThe same thing now has the same name everywhere. The three roles are organization admin, team admin and profile admin. The public pages are the team page, the roster and each athlete's profile page, and everything printed is a Profile Sheet.
  • ImprovedAdd a Notes area on Profile Sheets: ticked, the sheet prints a NOTES box for college coaches to write on and turns light for writing. Unticked, there's no NOTES box and the cards are a little bigger.
